Consciousness provides the fertile ground where seeds of greatness are born.
Can you hover over your body for a while and peer beyond the fog that imbues the mind and sense the essence of a deeper you?
THE LIGHT THAT NOW REFLECTS FROM WITHIN YOU RADIATES PURITY, BENEVOLENCE, AND HOLINESS, WHICH CAUSES YOU TO BECOME A LIGHT TO THE WORLD.
WHAT IS THE SOUL?
The soul is the back ground consciousness of who we are, but this feature is not being realized because of the simple fact that the portals, or pathways into the soul has been blocked up by so much junk created by the ego’s actions. The ego has worked over time to create fear, negative thoughts, anxiety, discomfort, unease, and discontentment, which piles up debris at the entrance to the soul so that nothing gets in. The soul is under great stress and you are unable to become the person you were meant to be.
Why is the ego doing this? A blocked up soul is useless to us, but is useful to the ego.
A SWITCHED SOUL
A blocked up soul means that there is also darkness inside the soul. Whenever there is a perception of darkness inside us, it provides light for the ego to see. With this light, the ego eases the darkened soul aside and in its place creates a façade in the form of its own version of a soul. But it is only a trick or ‘slight of hand’ in which the ego uses its friends, unconsciousness, and unawareness to prevent us from seeing that our souls has been switched. How do we know if our souls have been switched? If we are addicted to negative thoughts, such as an inability to forgive, hate, deception, jealousy, and covetousness and all the other ploys of the ego; if we are involved in all these things and yet we are unconscious of the fact, we are living with the ego’s soul.
UNKNOWN CHAPTERS INSIDE THE SOUL
Living with a switched soul means that the ego is fully in control of your internal state, and your life is about to be in misery. Whenever the ego feels that it is losing control, it increases mind noises and mind movements; not long after you will experience anxiety, deep unhappiness, depression, and in some cases, psychosomatic illnesses. With a psychosomatic illness, the doctors will tell you that it is in your head, the source of your illness is unknown. The ego uses unconsciousness to mask its actions inside us. As long as we are unconscious of its work, it means, we are in darkness; unfortunately, for many of us, this is our normal life until we die.
Character to the rescue
The ego is contented, it feels that it is in control and there is nothing you can do about it, but wait until it finds out about character. It is in that moment of presence, just after all hopes seem to be lost, when the light of awareness brims the morning sky and creates an opening just enough for character’s True North principles of love, a balanced sense of justice, self control, gentleness, kindness, forgiveness, and faith, to flow in. You see, True North principles only needs a slight opening to flow into the linings of the character, but will only reveal its power to us when we live base on those principles, when we display those principles during our interaction with others.
THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD
True North principles transform the character and clear the blockages from the portals of the soul. The passage way of the soul is cleared, so love, justice, wisdom, self control, gentleness, forgiveness, faith, and other fruits flows into the soul. This action creates a light into the soul, a light that radiates purity, benevolence, and holiness. It is a light that becomes a light to the world. Soon, everyone will want to have what you have.
The distortion of our identity
Being is the essence of our identity, it is the innermost sense of who we are. Deep inside us is a struggle, a tussle to distort our connectivity to being. There is an agent working over time to serve us up the perception that there is a conflict on the surface of the mind.
The ego likes to have things its way, and severing us from our being is its specialty. All it needs to do is increase mind noises and mind activities and we become disconnected.
Sometimes, mind activities can at times be so robust that the sense of who we are quickly becomes a fleeting glimpse, and it is so evident that we can even feel it.
Where our true identity once existed, the ego now presents itself as a façade, a duplicate of our identity’s essence.
All this confusion was caused by the ego to preserve its home inside us.
If our sense of oneness with being become shattered, we can easily tell the difference.
Our peace of mind and contentment dissipates and give way to a void, a sense of emptiness, which gives off a false impression that it can be filled with things on the outside.
However, nothing that is materialistic in nature can completely satisfy us the way our connectivity to being can. If you are disconnected from being, you will become open to all manner of evils such as, anxiety and panic attacks, deep unhappiness, depression, and bipolar disorder.
Being is the result of an inside out approach, not an outside in. Being is principle based rather than materialistically derived. Our being balances itself on pillars that were built by the lovliness of character in which benevolence, purity, gentleness, and integrity reigned supreme.

/>THE PASSION OF PRESENCE
If we are able to move beyond the superficial mind that has long been held prisoner by the voice, that is the ego’s voice; we would begin to feel a sense of freedom that is unmatched, a feeling of inner bliss that outside forces could not change.
In the beginning, long before the voice, life was in a state of oneness. We were all in harmony with ourselves, others, God and the universe. This means, we were all connected, and our relationships with God was much more pronounced.
After the voice, the image of God was removed from within us and replaced with another image; and as a result, our sense of oneness became shattered into multiple pieces.
This oneness can be retrieved if we can become present. Presence in combination with the guiding light of transformed character helps us move beyond the place that blocks us off from this invisible source that emanates life.
Deep inside the mind, and far beyond the tentacles of the voice, there is nameless, invisible and intensely beautiful realm. It is so powerful and yet so still.
It is like a different dimension, a separate
Plane; like a new world where the deeper fires of stillness and peace of mind burns incessantly.
It is a place that is the home of something massive, indestructible, intangible, and yet so pleasing.
It is something that holds the keys to the essence of who we are. It is a place where divinity intersects humanity.
It is also a place where the image of God is restored within us, and as a result, the quest is to become reconnected to this indestructible force, which in essence is a part of you that has been severed.
In other words, it is like a detached harnessing wire that only needs to be reattached, and in that, it is you, and yet not you because of the severance.
To get to that place requires reinforcement in the form of an imbued character and a higher state of presence; not just any character, but one that is modeled after the devine similitude of the Christ like character with its powerful, as well as conscious principles of love, compassion, gentleness, meekness, kindness, forgiveness, faith and belief.
This formula begins the first leg in the journey of moving beyond a mind that has already been held in bondage by the iron-like bars of the voice.
It is only the Sent light from character in the stillness of presence that can cause our reattachment to this pure, warm and noble essence from within, which is our being.

How to be conscious
Everyone has a certain amount of unconsciousness. Some people’s level of unconsciousness is less dense than others. It follows that if your parents were unconscious, chances are you will be programmed to be unconscious too. That is, your parents will unwittingly pass on their unconsciousness to you as a script. Without consciousness we can never be the person we were mean’t to be. Consciousness provides that fertile ground where seeds of greatness are born.
Inside our minds are mind activities…mind noises which creates an atmosphere of confusion, coupled with the fact that while growing up we might have been programmed to think that our identity comes from our past. After all, we were exposed to nuggets of wise thoughts spoken over the ages such as, him who knows not his history is bound to repeat it, or, if you know not where you are coming from you cannot know where you are going. We allow ourselves to be preoccupied with the past by thinking about all the things that happened to us whether good or bad.
The programming continues. We like to project ourselves into the future to catch this ever elusive thing called happiness. It is an erroneous thought process because the future is not promised and the past is already gone. Erroneously, we allow ourselves to be preoccupied with thoughts of the past and the future, and as a result, the void that is left…the in between, becomes our unconsciousness.
Life seems dim, but suddenly you woke up with the sun rising up over the hill and the light of awareness comes shining through. We begin to find out that we need not look to our past or future, when all we have is this present moment. What we can always be sure of is this moment, right here right now. Don’t be afraid; stop thinking for a moment and take that deep breath and enjoy the happiness and peace of mind in this present moment; right here right now. The present moment represent consciousness.
Every time we used our creative imagination to create something great it happened while we were inside the present moment. Go out there and smell the flowers right this moment, enjoy it; come to the present moment often and feel the peace, tranquility and calmness flowing inside you. Inside the present moment all thoughts remain on pause while our minds take a breather. Every time we spiraled ourselves into greatness it happened while we were present. Being present means that you are no longer identified with your thoughts, while in the same breath, you have allowed principle based values such as love, a balanced sense of justice, perseverance, self-control, faith, forgiveness and integrity to weave its way into your character’s fiber and form the basis of your identity…your being.

After a workout, it is important to eat something that is easily digestible. This is necessary, because after doing a rigorous workout the muscle tissues go into a stage of obstructive metabolism. This is where living tissues begin to change to waste products. Cortisol levels increases as glycogen level decreases. High cortisol levels, if allowed to go unchecked for extended periods, cause muscle tissues to break down.
A meal rich in carbohydrates and proteins, one that is easily metabolized, is needed to reverse the onset of cortisol. With this meal, glycogen and amino acid is quickly rushed to the muscle tissues for replenishment and repair.
Muscle cells will become rejuvenated as soon as they are impacted by these nutrients. Here is a healthy smoothie that will help you recover faster:
Blend 2 ripe bananas ¾ cup water with ¾ cup skimmed milk with 2 tbsp honey and two egg whites. Blend into a smoothie and drink after each strenuous workouts and fuel the recovery.
